This is just a quick post to share a video and a couple pictures from Brunswick Railroad Days 2019 in Brunswick, MD.
It was a small, modest event in the center of town that had a lot of people and some vendors. It was fun, and it allowed us to see a town that we really have not been to much before. The museum was nice, and had an absolutely incredible HO scale layout. The layout was 1700 square feet and covered the railroad between Brunswick yard and Union station. I will definitely be back at a less busy time to look at that again.
As for the pictures and video below, the pictures are of the MARC train that was used to give the attendees a train ride, and the video is of the event’s train going by and then an Amtrak train heading into Washington DC.

The MARC Train was interesting to me. I was interested in what they would be using for the train rides, and was intrigued that it would be the commuter train. One interesting thing to Danielle was the fact that it was in a push configuration, and that they have a control stand on the end.
I enjoyed the few hours we spent in town and look forward to doing this again!
