What happens when you go away for the weekend but really miss cooking on your grill?

This weekend I went away with my wife and a couple friends of ours but I really missed cooking on the grill… As we were driving back I found myself missing my weekend ritual of cooking meals for us so that we can have nice meals for lunches and dinners for the week. During our time away my wife made up some chili for the Skins game, and plenty of leftovers for the week, but I wanted to do my part too.

So, what did I do when I got home? Fired up the grill and cooked of course!

Lucky for me I had thought ahead recently when I was cooking and vacuum sealed a roast we had with a wet rub I made for another meal. It was a small one, and we needed more when I was cooking before, but it was perfect for tonight.

The only unfortunate thing for us is that this is a meal for meal prep and we wont be having this tonight. But I still tasted a small bit and it is going to be great.

Since it is for another time, I wanted to ensure it stayed as juicy as possible, so I made up some beef broth and vacuum sealed the meat and will be putting it away until it can be made up for dinner this week.

After cooking the meat and letting it briefly sit I vacuum sealed it with beef broth to keep the meat juicy.
