It was a nice day today in our area and my wife and I wanted to get out and enjoy it. We were hanging out looking at what we should do, and Danielle suggested we go over to Brunswick and I could watch trains – if there were any – and she could read her new book and listen to some music.
It was a win-win. I would get out and take pictures, and maybe see a train or two, and she gets to do what she would like out with me.
Well, there wasn’t exactly any big trains. There was no Amtrak Capitol Limited or a CSX freight train, but I got to did get to see a couple engines head out and return with a stretch of rotting gondolas that held scrap and some railroad ties.
